This information will allow you to understand in detail how the personal data you provide us through the form or via email will be processed.

WHAT TYPE AND NATURE OF DATA ARE PROCESSED
When filling out the form on the website, personal data will be collected, i.e. data that allows your identification, even indirectly, such as name, surname, email, or other data that you will voluntarily provide in an email.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING
The collected data will be used for the following purposes:
• to allow us to provide information upon your request;
• for the execution of pre-contractual measures connected and instrumental to the transmission of information about our business and company services;
• to manage any relationship with you from a contractual, accounting, tax point of view.
Common data may also be processed without your specific consent in order to fulfill your requests and for pre-contractual and contractual purposes connected and instrumental to the requested service, as well as to comply with the related legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.
You are free to provide or not provide your data, but without the requested data, it will not be possible to conclude or execute the service and your requests.
METHODS and PLACE OF PROCESSING and STORAGE PERIOD
Your data will be processed at our headquarters, using telematic, paper, electronic or automated tools and will be carried out by authorized and trained individuals within the limits of their assignment, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Your data, in particular, will be kept for the duration of any contract and, subsequently, for the time necessary to fulfill tax obligations, or for other purposes provided for by laws or regulations. In the absence of a contract, the data will be deleted after 12 months from collection.
COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:
a) to our suppliers with whom we collaborate, to provide you with the requested service;
b) to data processing companies and IT services, companies managing web platforms, professionals, consulting companies or firms, companies providing services for the execution of the contract.
These subjects will operate as independent Data Controllers, or will be designated as Data Processors with a specific contract or legal act.
The data may then be accessed by subjects to whom this faculty is granted by law or regulations (e.g. public security authorities).
The data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, nor will any type of profiling be carried out.
Personal data will not be disclosed, nor will they be transferred to third countries or international organizations
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The Data Subject, under certain conditions, has the right to ask the Data Controller at the contact details above:
• access to the data;
• a copy of the data provided (so-called portability);
• rectification of the data;
• deletion of the data for which the Data Controller no longer has any legal basis for processing;
• withdrawal of consent, in case the processing is based on consent;
• limitation of the way in which the Data Controller processes the data, within the limits provided by the regulations.
Right to object: in addition to the rights listed above, the Data Subject has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of data carried out by the Data Controller for the pursuit of their legitimate interest. Furthermore, they can always object at any time if the data is processed for marketing and profiling purposes.
The exercise of rights is free and is not subject to formal constraints, but is subject to some exceptions aimed at safeguarding public interest (e.g. prevention or identification of crimes) and the interests of the Data Controller. It is the responsibility of the Data Controller to verify the legitimacy of the Data Subject and provide a response, as a rule, within one month. With reference to the purposes indicated above, the Data Subject has the right to proceed, at any time, with the request to cease processing and to stop receiving email communications from the Data Controller, with a request to be submitted to the contacts indicated above.
If you believe that there has been a violation in the processing of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the place where you usually reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred. We inform you that in Italy you can file a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
